The next meeting will be held on 14-17 September 2025 in Sète, in the region of Occitania, southern France.
Detailed agenda information will be available on the site closer to the event.
The official language of the congress is English. Lectures will be held in English and abstracts must be submitted in English.
Registration questions
Registration opening: April 10th, 2025
Registration deadline: July 4th, 2025
Payment deadline: July 11th, 2025. After this date, unpaid registrations will be cancelled.
To register for the Congress meeting you will need to go and fill in the on line form :
- click on the Register/Login link of the main navigation. This page contains two forms, one on the left to register and one on the right to log in to your account.
- fill in the registration form, all required fields have an asterisk (*)
- Please read and accept the Terms of Service. You will not be able to register if you do not agree with them
Once the registration form submitted, you will get an email in the email address you entered when you register with an activation link. Note that you must activate the account by selecting the activation link when you get the email before you can login. If you do not click the link your account will remain inactive and you will not receive further emails. By clicking on the Activate Account link, you will be redirected to the login screen.
To see the details of your registration :
- Login: click on the Register/Login link of the main navigation . Enter the username and password you've chosen during the registration process in the form at the top right of the page.
- Click on “My user profile” in the "My meeting" menu of the main navigation.

You can pay the registration fees with a Purchase Order Form, check or via bank transfer. These options are available when completing registration for the meeting.
Important notes
If you pay by check or bank transfer, please remember to send a proof of your payment and registration form by email to Claire Legendre. Also don't forget to tell your bank that transfer fees are at YOUR expenses.
If you pay by purchase order, send PO (precising names of all attendees) and registration forms to Claire Legendre by mail or email.
Registration will be fully accepted once your fees have been paid, so do not delay in sending your payment!
Payment should be received before July 11th. No money will be refunded if you cancel you registration after this date.
Once payment has been received , you will receive a registration confirmation by email with an attached billing receipt.
If you need an invitation letter for your visa application, please send an email to Claire Legendre or Cécile Hilaire
No refund will be possible.
Abstract submission questions
- Submission opening: April 10th, 2025
Abstract Submission Deadline: July 4th, 2025
Abstract submission must be completed online. Please follow the guidelines on this page for submission of your abstract :
- Login: click on the Register/Login link of the main navigation . Enter the username and password you've chosen during the registration process in the form at the top right of the page.
- Click on “Abstract Submission” in the "My meeting" menu of the main navigation.
- In the content tab :
- Fill the abstract title
- Type your abstract body in the large text field. The submission form provides an editor to help you to format content.
- Abstract should be written in english and must not exceed 350 words.
- Return to the top of the article and go to the Authors tab :
- Up to 10 authors can be submitted under one abstract, including the presenting author.
- At least one author is required. Please, fill at least all the presenting author's fields.
- Save the abstract.
- When the abstract is ready for submission, go to the Publishing tab and change the Workflow Stage from"Draft" to "Waiting for reviewing".
While the abstract is in ‘Draft’ status it is labelled as Unpublished and you can edit and save it by going to the “My Submission” link in the "My meeting" menu. Once the abstract is in ‘Waiting for reviewing’ status, the ‘Unpublished’ label disappears and you will be able to view it but not modify it.
Accommodation and Transportation questions
The organizing committee has blocked rooms at preferential rates at “Domaine du Lazaret”, a leisure center at Sète.

A forum has been setup if you want to share a taxi or a car (personnal or rental one). It will be available once registered and logged in your personal menu.
- If you arrive to Montpellier by air :

- If you arrive to Sète by train :
The SNCF railway station of Sète is served by the TGV. At your arrival you can find taxis and public transport. For city bus, take line 3, which stops at Plan de la Corniche.

Free parking are available in the Domaine du Lazaret.
The attendees are expected on Sunday, between 4PM and 7PM. During this period, they would have the time to proceed to their check-in and meet each other before a welcome drink and the diner. The congress will begin on sunday evening with the plenary lecture and finish on Wednesday after lunch.
